Previously known as the Cobb Galleria Centre, the facility has been renamed Cobb Convention Center–Atlanta as part of a major modernization effort. The refreshed identity reflects the center’s expanding role and long-term plans to elevate its guest and event experience.
Along with the new name, the convention center is undergoing extensive updates that will enhance its design, functionality, and capacity through 2027.
Situated at the intersection of I-75 and I-285, the Cobb Convention Center–Atlanta is in one of Atlanta’s most active business and entertainment districts. The venue is conveniently located about 20 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, making it accessible for guests traveling from near and far.
