Developed by the Rockefeller Group, 1072 West Peachtree has officially topped out at 749 feet, making it the tallest new high-rise constructed in Atlanta in more than three decades. The development will include 357 luxury apartments, eight floors of office space totaling 224,000 square feet, and an extensive collection of high-end amenities. Among them are a large athletic club, sky garden, pickleball court, spa-treatment rooms, and a thoughtfully designed base featuring retail space and structured parking for 730 vehicles, with separate entrances for residents and office tenants.

Situated in Midtown—one of Atlanta’s fastest-growing districts—the tower arrives amid a wave of development that delivered 46 buildings between 2018 and early 2024. Notably, its office component is expected to be the final new office construction block in metro Atlanta, signaling a shift toward more selective and intentional commercial development.
